There are a half-dozen writers groups in any town, countless more in any city. Some of these writers are just hobbyists, happy to put together a short story or two when they have time. But many are seasoned writers with full-length novels unable to find a publisher.
Your writers group can become your publishers group. All it takes is a bit of cooperation.
Here are some suggestions for turning your writers group into a publishing group:
1. Get every member to dig out their old manuscripts.
